TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SOLV LANGUAGES OÜ

1. BINDING AGREEMENT

This agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between Solv Languages OÜ ("Company," "we," or "us") and you ("Client" or "you"). By accessing our site (solvlanguages.com) or enrolling in any of our coaching programs ("Programs"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. You affirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

2. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We are committed to delivering high-quality language learning services. Due to the nature of our digital resources and coaching programs:

Refunds will ONLY be issued if the Company fails to provide:

Access to purchased materials

Scheduled coaching sessions

Promised digital resources

To request a refund, please email contact@solvlanguages.com with specific details of the service failure.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be provided for:

Dissatisfaction with personal learning progress

Failure to attend scheduled sessions

Personal circumstances preventing program completion

3. PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data are outlined in our separate Privacy Policy.

4. PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TERMS

5. LICENCE AGREEMENT

We retain ownership of all intellectual property related to our Site, Programs, and materials ("Materials"). Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Materials for personal use during the duration of your enrollment.

You may NOT:

Copy or distribute our Materials

Share coaching materials with third parties

Create derivative works from our Materials

Resell or transfer access to our programs

Any intellectual property created by you using our Materials belongs solely to you.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your access and potential legal action.

6. USE OF THE SITE AND MATERIALS

When using our Site or accessing Materials, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws

Respect intellectual property rights

Use materials solely for your personal language learning

Maintain the confidentiality of coaching materials and sessions

Violations may result in immediate suspension of access and termination of your Agreement.

7. DISCLAIMER

Our coaching Programs are designed for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific language proficiency outcomes. Individual results vary based on personal effort and commitment.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solv Languages OÜ will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Your participation in the Program

Your use of the Site or Materials

Any breach of these Terms

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program or Materials if you:

Violate these Terms

Engage in fraudulent behavior

Share or misuse our confidential materials

Fail to meet financial obligations

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

All Program materials are confidential and proprietary to Solv Languages OÜ.

You must not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any coaching materials.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of your program access.

14. INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT

Users may not upload or share content that:

Is defamatory or obscene

Encourages unlawful behavior

Violates any law

15. FULL POWER & AUTHORITY

By using our services, you represent that:

You are at least 13 years old

You have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement

You will use our services in compliance with applicable laws

All information you provide is accurate

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Solv Languages OÜ provides all materials and services "as is" and makes no warranties about the effectiveness of our language learning programs.

BY USING OUR SITE OR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
