Attendance
Attend all scheduled coaching sessions on time.
Maintain active presence during calls (camera and microphone on, unless otherwise agreed).
Homework and Practice
Complete assigned homework and flashcard practice regularly.
Use ANKI as instructed, including installing necessary add-ons for tracking (e.g. Review Heatmap).
Participation and Communication
Actively participate during lessons, ask questions, and engage in discussions.
Promptly communicate any concerns about your learning progress, technical issues, or the Program experience.
Serious Commitment
The Program is designed for serious, committed learners. By enrolling, you confirm that you intend to follow the plan to the best of your ability.
4. Payment Terms
Program Fees
The total Program fee is communicated at the time of purchase (e.g. standard price of 2,000€ or a special discounted price such as 1,500€ during promotions).
All amounts are due in full, whether paid upfront or via instalment plan.
Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan you understand that:
The plan covers the entire Program fee, not a deposit.
The first payment secures your spot in the Program.
Remaining instalments are still due even if you delay or fail to start, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment plans are a convenience for cash flow, not a “pay only if you show up” arrangement.
Late or Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails or is not made on time, we may:
Temporarily suspend access to sessions and resources until payment is received; and/or
Use reasonable means to collect outstanding payments.
Continued non-payment may be considered a breach of this Agreement.
5. Scheduling, Duration, and Pausing
Scheduling
Clients are encouraged to schedule one conversation session per week at a consistent time.
Clients may schedule up to three sessions per week if needed and if coach availability allows.
All sessions are booked using the provided scheduling application (e.g. Calendly).
Program Duration
The Program is designed as a 90-day (approximately 12-week) coaching process.
The official Program start date is the date of your Onboarding Session, unless otherwise specified in writing.
All sessions must be scheduled and used within 120 calendar days from the date of the Onboarding Session. After this period, any unused sessions are considered expired and will be deemed delivered.
Pausing the Program
You may request a temporary pause (e.g. illness, travel, personal emergency) by writing to contact@solvlanguages.com.
Total pause time may not exceed 30 days during the Program.
The Program end date will be extended by the approved pause duration.
Pauses longer than 30 days may result in:
Loss of the Fluency Guarantee (see Section 8), and/or
Adjustment or termination of the Program at our discretion.
6. Coach Assignment and Changes
Coach Assignment
You will be assigned a coach at the beginning of the Program.
Client-Initiated Changes
You may request a change of coach at any time, for any reason, subject to availability.
Company-Initiated Changes
SOLV Languages reserves the right to change a client’s coach when necessary for operational or quality reasons.
Feedback
Anonymous evaluations may be collected after sessions and reviewed by management to maintain quality.
Coach changes will be facilitated as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty, using the scheduling application.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed without notice may be counted as used and not rescheduled or refunded, unless otherwise agreed by the coach or Company.
Final Sessions / Exams
Certain evaluation sessions may have stricter cancellation terms. These will be communicated in advance.
8. Quality of Materials, Flashcards, and Technical Limitations
Flashcard Creation and Quality
ANKI flashcards are created based on your sessions, using both manual input and automated tools (including machine translation such as DeepL).
Due to the high volume of flashcards and the use of automation, occasional errors, omissions, or imperfect translations may occur.
SOLV Languages does not guarantee a 100% error-free set of flashcards.
However, we commit to correcting specific issues you report within a reasonable timeframe, where technically feasible.
Nature of Support Tools
Flashcards and other tools are supporting resources, not the primary service.
The core of the Program is coaching and conversation practice; flashcards are designed to reinforce learning, not to function as a standalone translation or language app.
Third-Party Software (ANKI, etc.)
The Program relies on third-party software such as ANKI.
SOLV Languages is not liable for:
Bugs, downtime, or technical issues of ANKI or other third-party platforms;
Changes to third-party pricing, policies, or features.
We provide reasonable support and guidance to help you install, configure, and use these tools but cannot guarantee their performance.
Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring:
Stable internet connection,
A suitable device (computer/tablet/phone) for video calls and ANKI use.
SOLV Languages is not responsible for session quality issues arising from client-side technical problems.
9. Fluency Guarantee (Satisfaction Guarantee)
SOLV Languages offers a conditional Fluency Guarantee for the 30/90 Challenge Program.
9.1. Guarantee Overview
If you fully complete the Program as designed and are not satisfied with your spoken French progress, SOLV Languages will, at no additional cost:
First provide two (2) additional weeks of support, which include:
up to two (2) extra one-on-one coaching sessions, and
the associated ANKI flashcards created from these extra sessions;
If, after completing these extra two weeks in good faith, you are still not satisfied with your spoken French progress and all conditions remain met, SOLV Languages will provide a full refund of the Program fee.
This Guarantee is intended for committed learners who follow the plan. If you do the work and still do not see results, we accept responsibility.
9.2. Start of the 90-Day Guarantee Period
The 90-day guarantee period begins on the date of your Onboarding Session.
9.3. Conditions for Eligibility (for Extra 2 Weeks and Refund)
To be eligible for the Fluency Guarantee (both the extra 2 weeks and, if applicable, the final refund), all of the following conditions must be met:
Coaching Participation
You attend all 12 standard coaching sessions within a maximum period of 16 weeks from the Onboarding Session (allowing up to 4 flex weeks).
You participate actively with camera and microphone on, unless otherwise agreed for accessibility reasons.
Flashcard Practice (ANKI)
You practice ANKI flashcards on at least 80% of the days during the 90-day period (i.e. at least 72 out of 90 days).
You install and maintain the Review Heatmap add-on (or an equivalent tracking tool) to allow the SOLV team to verify your study activity.
You use the ANKI decks provided to you as instructed.
Breaks / Pauses
Any Program pause (break) must:
Be communicated in advance in writing,
Have a defined duration and restart date, and
Be approved by the SOLV team.
Total pause time must not exceed 30 days.
Any break longer than 30 days voids the Fluency Guarantee, as prolonged interruptions strongly affect memory and results.
9.4. Process for Claiming the Guarantee
9.4.1. Requesting the Extra Two Weeks
If you have met all the conditions above and are not satisfied with your progress after completing the standard Program:
Send an email to support@solvlanguages.com within 5 days after your 12th (standard) coaching session.
Briefly explain why the Program did not meet your expectations.
Agree to a short exit/feedback conversation (live or recorded) with the SOLV team so we can review your experience and plan the extra weeks.
SOLV Languages will review your attendance, ANKI activity, and progress data and respond within 7 business days. If the conditions are confirmed, we will:
Grant two (2) additional weeks of support, including up to two (2) extra coaching sessions and the corresponding ANKI flashcards created during those weeks.
9.4.2. Requesting a Full Refund After the Extra Two Weeks
If, after you:
complete the extra two weeks,
attend the agreed extra coaching sessions, and
continue to use ANKI in line with the conditions above,
you are still not satisfied with your spoken French progress, you may:
Email support@solvlanguages.com within 5 days after your final extra coaching session;
Confirm that you have completed the extra two weeks and still wish to claim the refund;
Provide any additional feedback that may help us understand your situation.
SOLV Languages will review your data again and, if all the conditions remain met, will issue a full refund of the Program fee to your original payment method.
9.5. Limitations and Exclusions of the Guarantee
The Fluency Guarantee applies only to the 30/90 Challenge / 3090 French Program.
It does not apply to:
Other courses or services,
Add-ons, upgrades, or private coaching packages.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g. card via Stripe), where technically possible.
If the conditions in Section 9.3 are not met (including participation and ANKI usage), the Fluency Guarantee (extra two weeks and refund) does not apply.
10. General Refund Policy (Outside the Guarantee)
No Standard Refunds
Outside of the Fluency Guarantee described in Section 9, no partial or total refunds are provided, except in exceptional circumstances explicitly agreed in writing by SOLV Languages.
This includes situations where:
You change your mind,
Your schedule changes,
You choose not to use the sessions or resources,
You delay starting the Program without prior written agreement.
Exceptional Refunds (If Agreed)
In rare, exceptional situations, SOLV Languages may decide, at its sole discretion, to offer a partial refund.
Any such refund, if granted, will be prorated based on services already delivered and resources already created.
Non-Use of Services
Failure to attend sessions or use the resources does not entitle you to a refund.
Once enrolled, you are responsible for making use of the Program.
11. Service Level and Limitations
Service Level Guarantee
SOLV Languages commits to providing coaching and services in a professional manner.
If a session fails to meet professional standards due to coach-related issues (e.g. coach no-show, serious technical problem on the coach’s side), we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.
Scope of Results

Participate in good faith,
SOLV Languages may, at its discretion:
Declare the Agreement breached,
Adapt or limit the Program, and/or
Terminate the Program without refund.
This is to protect the quality of the Program and the experience of both clients and coaches.

16. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

Natural disasters,

In such cases, timelines may be adjusted, and both parties will work in good faith to find a reasonable solution.
